Dr. Hamilton is the rarest of combinations, he is technically brilliant and also has the eye of an artist, his work seems to reveal the beauty you already possess. There is so much obvious and terrifying “work” roaming the streets of Los Angeles, that would never happen with Dr Hamilton. Add to this his exceptional kindness and generosity, and a lovely staff to boot, you could not be in better hands. He handles my injectables with a very delicate and natural touch, and has performed surgery on my nose. I am a professional perfumer and broke my nose in an accident. This left me unable to breathe out of one nostril. This is like an athlete losing 50% of their capacity overnight. I was very nervous that surgical complications might actually leave me worse off. Meeting Dr Hamilton, I felt listened to and reassured prior to the procedure, he took the time to go over every detail with me. The result was perfect and I returned to work as if it had never happened. I wholeheartedly recommend you see Dr Hamilton!

Words cannot best express how happy we were that Dr. Hamilton performed our daughter’s rhinoplasty and perforated septum surgery. From the start I was appreciative and impressed with the amount of time Dr. Hamilton spent counseling our 17 year old daughter. He explained the surgery procedures to us in an easy to understand manner. He also explained to our daughter many scenarios she might experience after her surgery was over. He covered everything including emotional wellness and even relationships with friends. I felt grateful that he took the extra time to counsel her in such a manner. On the day of the surgery I was really nervous. Dr. Hamilton and his staff were all caring and reassuring throughout the entire surgery. A few days after the surgery, my daughter told me that Dr. Hamilton spent quite a while sitting and talking with right her before her procedure. I was truly touched by this gesture because I’m sure he was there to help calm her and reassure her that everything was going to be ok. What a touching thing to do. It has been 2 months since her surgery and she looks beautiful! Her perforated septum is healing nicely and my daughter is so happy with the results. So are we. I’m so glad we found Dr. Hamilton

There is a reason Dr Hamilton and his team work on the Miracle Mile. They truly perform miracles. After being told for years my surgery was not possible I decided to do some research and found Dr Jason Hamilton. Let me tell you he is the best in the business. It was almost as if it just another day at the office for him. He really makes you feel at ease and after talking with him for just a few minutes via a virtual consultation I knew he was the right man for surgery. His surgery coordinator Chris was also great! She was very helpful and being that I was an out of state patient I needed all the extra help I could get. My experience with Dr. Hamilton was amazing! He’s so personable, kind, funny, knowledgeable, in a way that relays that really really cares. His staff is amazing too! Everything about the experience was a 10 out of 10! I got a revision rhinoplasty and all I can say is Dr. Hamilton was a Godsend! Dr. Hamilton is an expert, and he knows what he is doing. I had orthognathic surgery in Jan 2024, a complicated surgery with many risks. For some reason my body didn’t heal properly after the procedure, and I had a tear or hole in the floor of my nasal septum. The hole was discovered during a routine checkup from the jaw surgeon who performed the surgery in Jan. I was referred to Dr. Hamilton by my jaw surgeon. My jaw surgeon is an expert and routinely performs the most complicated orthognathic surgeries in the world with the smallest percentage of complications. After a thorough discussion with Dr. Hamilton, my surgeon was convinced that he was the only person capable of performing this procedure. From my understanding, Dr. Hamilton is an expert in the obscure field of nasal septum repairs. Nasal septum repair is an obscure and challenging procedure to perform with success. My specific case was particularly complicated because I had a septal perforation as a result of maxillary advancement. I spoke to many facial plastic surgeons in the Southern California area to see what my options were. Dr. Hamilton is the only surgeon in the area, from my research, performing this procedure endoscopically. Additionally, Dr. Hamilton is the only surgeon who offered a 99% success rate. To be clear, success in this situation is defined as full and complete closure / repair of the septal perforation. For context, the next best facial plastic surgeon that I spoke to offered me a 30% success rate. That surgeon told me that they even went to the same residency as Dr. Hamilton. This isn’t the kind of procedure that you learn in residency though. It is a very sophisticated obscure surgery. Some surgeons will try to have a crack at it, but it is rare to have as strong of a success rate as Dr. Hamilton. He knows what he is doing. The surgery itself was easy for me. I was asleep the whole time. When I woke up I was told that everything went well, and the surgery was 100% successful. 100% successful means that the hole was completely closed. The surgical team was incredibly professional and supportive. There was no pain related to my surgery at all. I tried to go through my HMO to get the surgery, but their surgeons were not capable of performing the surgery even close to the same accuracy. The reason is because Dr. Hamilton is the only surgeon in the area who performs endoscopic repair (he might be the only surgeon in the country, but I didn’t really look out of state. I was told that people travel from all over the country to see him though). He is so specialized in this process that this is ALL he does. When I was a little kid for a long time the only game I had was Super Mario Kart. That was all I played. I was REALLY good at it. When patterns of behavior are practiced with extreme consistency, skill is honed and developed. Did I say that this was all Dr. Hamilton does? Not every surgeon who performs surgery is an expert, but Dr. Hamilton is an expert. Even though I’m really good at Mario Kart, I can’t say that I’m an expert. eventually I got more games. With septal perforations I have learned that it is important to get them repaired as soon as possible. The reason is because if you wait, they could get bigger. If they get bigger, they are harder to repair. I will also add that if there is an attempt to repair the first time and it is not successful, a complicated challenging surgery to perform is even MORE challenging to repair. This can lead to impaired breathing, nasal collapse, saddling, and other annoying things that I’m so grateful I don’t have to think about because I went with Dr. Hamilton. I got my splint removed today, and I am a month out of surgery. I can breathe a sigh of relief (pun intended) knowing that my nose is repaired, this is behind me, and I made the absolute best decision possible by going to Dr. Hamilton. Thank you Dr. Hamilton and your team. Now this experience can be a memory.

I had two septal perforations that resulted from a previous septoplasty. The surgeon who did my septoplasty, as well as other surgeons I saw, told me that the perforations could not be repaired, or that the repair would be a long, painful process and an invasive surgery. Dr. Hamilton was able to close both perforations endoscopically. He spent four hours carefully repairing my nose. Recovery was pretty painless too. It's been a month since my surgery and I feel great! Besides some minor post-op care, I can return to my day-to-day life as usual. Both him and his staff are very professional, and were able to significantly ease my anxiety going into surgery. It's clear that he really cares about his patients and their wellbeing.
